The lawyers at Petrovich & Walsh, P.L.C., have provided quality representation in all types of criminal matters since 1994. Our approach to litigation is a diligent investigation of your alleged offense, and patiently obtaining all information possible, so we uniquely understand your circumstances. Naturally, our conversations, strategies and knowledge will remain confidential. Additionally, our preparation and attention to details continues throughout all stages of your case.
Our initial focus in any criminal case is to ascertain the best approach to aggressively defend the charges. Our attorneys have extensive trial experience at all levels of criminal litigation. Should your case be in a posture for presentation to a jury, we have significant experience in conducting criminal jury trials and take pride in our proficiency in the courtroom. We will professionally and strategically conduct any trial that promotes the best possible outcome in your case.
On the other hand, should your case dictate an approach other than a trial, we will focus our efforts toward obtaining the best result possible under the circumstances and work toward a result that minimizes your exposure to significant sanctions such as incarceration, fines and/or loss of license.
